Here's how it works... At The Chef's Table, Chef Gary Lanza & staff will prepare and serve
a custom tailored menu for your family and friends in the comfort of our new private dining room and kitchen.
Here's what you do... Click on "Sample Menus" to view menus and pricing. All menus and pricing can be customized to your specific needs. After reviewing all of our sample menus, call or email Chef Gary your favorites, including the date you are interested in and the approximate guest count and time of your event. Chef Gary will then customize a menu and send you a quote for your event.

$300 fee for canceled events will be applied on the date of cancelation
